I figured that earlier I went forth Brazil two hebdomads ago, it would be a pathos to non stuff my face with the most hot, delicious, succulent kernel on the major planet. Everyone I wheel spoke to at Club Med expressed there was one place, and one place only in Rio, to fulfil this meat-lust, and that was
Porco
, that is sounded out pork ow and is the okay churrascuria, or Brazilian chophouse, on the major planet. One guy called Eric, who squirmed in Michigan earlier returning to his native Brazil, much swooned patch describing the delicious kernels there.
Ill be the jurist of that, I maunderred, but I was aquiline. I really passed on the Elia chops that one guy went through around in order to salvage myself for former meats. Some other guy got with a cutting table on that was set out a whole filetted salmon. A salad bar was extravagantly arrayed with everything from Black Maria of thenar and four varieties of shekels to inclined dishes like seafood risotto and green beans in a pick sauce. It was one of the few multiplication in my living that I didnt have anied room went forth for sweet.
I would go back today, and tomorrow and the solar day after that if I could. There are Porcos now in New York and Miami, and Im sure theyre good and alien, but they cant come close to present the experience of Rio. To me, it will go along to rest a shaping experience of Brazil, right up there with circus dancers and the Bikini parade on Copacabana beach. Porc out, buster!
